Tracer Unit
A tracer unit mounts at the muzzle, often disguised as a suppressor, with a small UV LED ring that charges tracer BBs the instant they pass through on the way out.
Because the charging LED sits right at the exit point, tracer BBs get charged with every single shot rather than needing a separate pre-game charging step, which keeps the glow effect consistent across a whole magazine rather than fading after the first few rounds.
Most units run on a small internal battery and double as a suppressor-shaped attachment, so the tracer function adds visual effect without changing the gun's silhouette much. They're near-essential for night games and increasingly common even in daylight play simply for the visual feedback on shot placement.
Battery swaps mid-game are rare but worth planning for on a long day — carrying a spare small battery for the tracer unit specifically, separate from the gun's own main battery, avoids losing the effect right when a night phase begins.
