Ammo & Accuracy
Speedloader
A speedloader is a hand-cranked or tube-fed device that pours a large batch of BBs into a magazine quickly, replacing slow single-BB loading by hand.
Most designs work the same basic way: BBs poured into a hopper or tube feed toward an outlet that's pressed against a magazine's loading port, and a crank or plunger pushes them in a steady stream, loading dozens to hundreds of rounds in seconds rather than minutes.
Speedloaders matter most for mid-cap and low-cap magazines, which need frequent refilling and would otherwise eat into prep time between games; hi-cap users load less often but still find one useful for topping off several magazines before a day of skirmishing.
A tube-style loader that doubles as ammo storage is popular precisely because it removes a step: BBs live in the same container from purchase to the moment they're pushed into a magazine, with no separate pouring or funnel needed.
